Newforest Limited is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and is directly and beneficially owned as to 40% by Gallant Elite International Limited and as to 60% by Sharpfield Holdings Limited, each a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Chow Tai Fook Nominee Limited.
